1. About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of the PureSparkCleaner website and any enquiries, quotations, or service agreements entered into with PureSparkCleaner Commercial Cleaning Services (“PureSparkCleaner”, “we”, “us”).
2. Enquiries and Quotations
- Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a contract. We will contact you to discuss your requirements.
- Pricing shown on the calculator is indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing following a free site survey.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or service request at our discretion.
3. Service Agreements
- Service agreements are set out in a separate written document agreed between both parties.
- Our standard terms for ongoing services require 30 days’ written notice to terminate.
- We back our service with a 24-Hour Clean Guarantee — if you are not satisfied, notify us and we will re-clean the affected area at no charge within 24 hours.
4. Website Use
- You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
- You must not submit false, misleading, or spam content through our contact forms.
- Do not submit access codes, alarm PINs, passwords, or security credentials through this website. We will discuss sensitive security arrangements through a suitable secure channel.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureSparkCleaner shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability in connection with any service agreement is subject to the terms of that agreement.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
